📢 Job Notification Summary

BMHRC invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Young Professional-II (Administration). The appointment will be on a short-term and purely temporary contract basis. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in various administrative functions of the institute.

🎓 Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification:
    Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university or institution.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Personnel & Administration, Human Resources (HR), or Establishment section in State/Central Government medical institutions.

🌟 Desirable Skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Central Government Service Rules will be considered an advantage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to:

  1. Assist in daily administrative work of the institute.
  2. Support recruitment-related tasks, including documentation and online module operations.
  3. Maintain and organize daily reports and official correspondence.
  4. Help with the organization of meetings, including preparation of meeting minutes.
  5. Manage routine office duties such as handling phone calls, maintaining files, and record-keeping.
  6. Address tasks related to Central Government administrative rules.
  7. Carry out any additional duties assigned by the competent authority.
